Itinerary
DAY 1
It's welcome day! Bruno will meet you at Venice Airport, and a transfer will take us to out hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Dolomites.
After checking in the rooms, we'll meet our guide and have a presentation of the upcoming week as well as some instructions from Bruno.
DAY 2
A day-long hike in the amazing setting of Passo Falzarego, Cinque Torri and Mt.Averau.
Starting from Passo Falzarego, we will hike on a panoramic trail till the famous Cinque Torri. After enjoying lunch at a
cozy mountain hut, we will keep hiking till the top of Monte Nuvolau, where we will wait for sunset and we will have
dinner at Rifugio Averau, a beautiful hut located at 2416m with a spectacular 360° view.

DAY 3
Stunning day hike discovering one of Dolomite's most famous landmarks from a less crowded - yet incredible- valley,
Val di Landro. This is a longer but pleasant hike that will take us right in front of the huge north face of Tre Cime di
Lavaredo. Lunch will be at a local hut, far from the main touristic routes.
Despite the longer uphill, we will have minimal descent as our pickup will be at Rifugio Auronzo, at 2330m.

DAY 4
Early wake to enjoy sunrise from one of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites: Mondeval Plateau. We will
have a frugal but tasty breakfast in this spectacular setting, surrounded by the view of Monte Pelmo in front of us.
After breakfast, we will keep hiking, always with Pelmo in sight, on a pleasant and slightly downhill trail that will
take us to Rifugio Città di Fiume, where we will have lunch.
With 30min hike from the hut, the transfer will pick up us up and take us back to Cortina.

DAY 5
Day 1 of a 2-day trip with overnight in a Mountain Hut (Rifugio Coldai). This hut is located very close to the
spectacular west face of Monte Civetta. We will leave in the late morning (we will keep the rooms at the hotel, no
need to check out) and hike to the hut. The hike itself is also very scenic, because it passes right below the
massive east face of the mountain, where the Via Normale and other routes go up. After reaching the hut, we can
either visit the nearby lake, Lago Coldai, or hike for 20min more to reach Monte Coldai. both places have
spectacular mountain views. After, sunset, we're heading back to the hut for dinner and for the night.

DAY 6
Day 2 of our 2-Day Hike with overnight in a Mountain Hut. After enjoying sunrise towards the amazing
Monte Pelmo and a tasty breakfast at the hut, we are heading on a spectacular trail that will lead us right
below the incredible west face of Monte Civetta, one of the largest rock walls in Dolomites. We'll have the
chance to admire it for the entire hike, while passing through Rifugio Tissi and Rifugio Vazzoler, and we
will end at Capanna Trieste, where we'll enjoy our lunch after an amazing-mostly downhill- hike.

DAY 7
It's time to say goodbye! after a week of hiking in the Dolomites, your eyes will be filled with spectacular
scenaries, while your soul will keep the great memories and moments that we shared together. You'll have
some time to have a walk in town, Cortina d'Ampezzo, to buy some last minute souvenirs and enjoy our last
lunch together before heading back to Venice Airport.
